    Advantages: 1. It can achieve a combination of soft and hard materials (such as hard rubber substrate+soft rubber coating). 2. One time molding of dual color/dual material products reduces subsequent assembly and post-processing processes.

  • Injection molding: Vertical embedded molded parts.

    Mold technology: The dimensional accuracy of the mold cavity needs to be controlled within ± 0.005mm to ensure uniform blade thickness. The gap between the parting surfaces should be less than 0.002mm to prevent burrs. The sprue design adopts a point sprue with a diameter controlled between 0.2-0.3mm to reduce the impact of sprue residue on blade movement.

    Surface treatment: High precision surface treatment ensures extinction effect.

    Advantages: 0.1mm ultra-thin thickness, injection molding can achieve integrated molding of complex blade shapes without the need for subsequent splicing processing.
