Mold technology: Rotation positioning accuracy: After the rear mold rotates 180 degrees, the mold clamping accuracy is ensured through components such as guide columns, guide sleeves, etc.
Surface treatment: Create etched patterns on the surface of the mold cavity to achieve frosted and textured effects on the product surface, enhancing its texture.
Advantages: 1. It can achieve a combination of soft and hard materials (such as hard rubber substrate+soft rubber coating). 2. One time molding of dual color/dual material products reduces subsequent assembly and post-processing processes.

Mold technology: The dimensional accuracy of the mold cavity needs to be controlled within ± 0.005mm to ensure uniform blade thickness. The gap between the parting surfaces should be less than 0.002mm to prevent burrs. The sprue design adopts a point sprue with a diameter controlled between 0.2-0.3mm to reduce the impact of sprue residue on blade movement.
